Petition:Overwork of the "Require comment to vote"-option
Change it from "write something offtopic/useless" to "write a decent feedback with your arguments why you downvote the guide, otherwise vote will get deleted"

"My opinion to this guide:
1.your choosen runes are completly wrong. If you would choose Greater Seal of Clarity and Greater Glyph of Potentcy, you would have way more manaregen at level 18 and around 3 more AP at the start of the game (not much, but why would you use the worse runes?).
