Zilean is a good champion in mid, and solo top, I think most of us agree there. But that isn't to say that (In my opinion) there aren't better champions for the job. But he is goo"

Idk :P Yeh it does a little, but he would have very little survivability, and also his spells would have longer cool downs, except for his damage spell. So he's like a versatile champion, he can be mid or he can be bot. His spells might also have some sort of small de-buff?"
