If you're going for easy and good, I'd recommend Quinn, she is (I think) around the forth best top laner and is dead easy to learn. Urgot, Vayne and Riven are also really good, but do bare in mid...

"Yeah I've had a hard one on that. His QE is very strong but he doesn't (imo) have very much follow up or other useful things."
