Posted a Comment: Oct 11th, 2013 "Q, even at level 1, is 600 range, sufficient to outrange every ADC that isn't Ashe or Caitlyn. Additional levels do not confer additional damage nor reduce mana cost, which is why I am so averse to maxing it. "
