"In addition to what was mentioned above, I should reiterate that you can hit level 3 way, WAY faster after the latest batch of jungle changes. When you can kill both buffs and hit 3 SIGNIFICANTLY before any of your laners, level 2 ganks make no sense in the vast majority of situations."

E + Zhonya's is 3.25 seconds of untargetability. Q CD at rank 5 with 34% CDR (BB + DFG) is 3.96 seconds."
