Burn Hiren's BootCD or image it onto a bootable USB. Scan your system for Malware through MBAM/Spybot.
If infections are found and resolved, boot normally, see if problem persists.
If problem persists, check hard drive status through Victoria. "

He's not high elo. His MMR is in the gold/silver range. If we featured every gold/silver guide in the high elo tab then it would be rather meaningless.
