This is just an idea that I got that could increase peoples' motivation for helping others. The more you help others the more your voice is heard.
It's also only marginally more since you'll max out at 3 voting power at like 1000+reps or even more."

You get Rep for helping others on the site. It's up to them to +Rep you."
