CDR is just better than CDR/lvl. There are very few cases where it isn't."

"If they have magic damage that is useful and don't get 15%MrP in masteries they should get MrP marks.
Flat MP5 seals are usually best.
Flat CDR glyphs are best.
AP or HP quints are best. Hp if you don't like being squishy, AP otherwise."
