"It's because spells generally have bigger amounts of base damage and that AP is cheaper than AD. They are a tad bit weaker, but still VERY strong.
You should know that MR or armor marks are generally stronger than HP marks."

"Yea, TF is automatically crap because it can't eat tanks alive.. Well even if there were a lot of tanky enemies you'll still benefit greatly from TF, just add a MBR to the build to shred tanks better."
