"Spirit Visage is kinda mandatory on Soraka in case it wasn't obvious..

Abyssal Scepter is kinda meh on Soraka. Good item, but more optimal for tanks/offtanks."

"It give you faster energy regen and thus more sword throws, but I do understand that it's less damage than lizard.
Again; Won't the lizard buff be down by the time you've cleared the jungle? I think that's a con to that jungle path."
