as a lover of twisted builds, Im not sure if I would approve it. I mean it sounds good in theory, and team fights would go in your favor. My only issue is that the power comes from his ult.
Now stacking Hextechs is an option, it can get expensive. It dont matter if he is a great farmer. Hextechs are pretty, but thats 15k gold at least. His only other skill that runs AP is remove scurvy. Bigger heal, only real power comes from Ult and you have to you it at the right time.
Show me this works, and dont stack Hextechs, and Ill endorse the hell out of it ;)
