CD BOOTS + 2 Phantom dancers + I.E + Last whisper + bloodthirster = 16410 gold Insane move speed 98% crit chance with marks quints ~ flat armour pen from last whisper early game is cd boots, chalice, 3 avariceblades, BF sword > ie, Straight phantom at every 2500 gold selling avarice blades and then the last whisper. ult dmg is fine with the 15% magic pen mastery, 9 0 21.[/quote]
