"^If someone actually asked about seals in this thread I'm pretty sure someone has mentioned that all kinds of damage increase in seals are BAD.
Seals are most effective as: Armor, Mana-reg and HP/lvl.

1.ArP doesn't work like that. ArP is more effective the LESS armor an enemy has(assuming that his armor is greater than your ArP).
