^If someone actually asked about seals in this thread I'm pretty sure someone has mentioned that all kinds of damage increase in seals are BAD.
Seals are most effective as: Armor, Mana-reg and HP/lvl.
Since this is a thread about effectiveness I'm pretty sure crit chance and crit damage would be ruled out anyways.
