"I would advice against getting ANY lifesteal on Phoenix Udyr.
Lifesteal is for Tiger Udyr. (which I always build Wriggle on)
Phoenix Udyr just doesn't scale well with AD and builds AS and on hit because of that. And since he doesn't build any AD, he doesn't really have that much use of lifesteal"

"The only problem I have when surfing MOBAFire on my phone is when I quote someone and the comment gets longer than the box. Scrolling in comment boxes doesn't work too well in Android at the very least and I doubt it works better on iOS."

But consider snowballing too. MR gives so much help in aggressive lanes that you might end up with a better late just because of that.
Sure, it might not work in professional play, but in soloQ it works like a charm because most mid players play really aggressive."
