MR glyphs on Casters
MR glyphs paired with AP quints makes for an incredibly strong laning phase.

"IE always gives the same amount of damage while TF gives more in lategame than it does early.
I'd say never build TF first, just build some part if you really want it. Sheen and Zeal are both pretty nice in lane."
