Yea, AD/lvl is a really shitty rune stat. AD is most effective early on and AD/lvl obviously don't help with that..
AD marks can be used on some special junglers or champions, but are generally worse than ArP marks.

"Nope, Xin's Q resets the AA timer.
Otherwise his animation is the same as normal attacks with the difference being that he has a VERY short delay on all 3 Q attacks.
I'd expect abilities that APPLY ON YOUR NORMAL ATTACKS to scale with attack speed."
