"Starting with AP items other than Doran's Ring is BAD.
Runes should equal 15AP and with a D ring you'll be at 30AP. That's 31AP with Ardor.. Seriously.. such a minuscule difference.. Utility just does EVERYTHING better.
Really, pretty much ALL casters should be using 21 utility."
