"Just try jungling with ArP marks+AD quints and compare the time to 15ArP+5%AS in runes.
I'm pretty sure AD quints will be 5-10sec faster on the standard path."

He's not supposed to be in close quarters when using it anyways, but it'll still be a little helpful for when you're skirmishing (or staying in tower mode for the damage, not range)."
