"Rushing Deathcap is a meh strategy after the nerf. It now provides no more AP for your money than buying Needlessly Large Rods.
It's probably a better idea to build some other AP item first."

It's applied in this order:
1. Percentage Reduction
2. Flat Reduction
3. Flat Penetration
4. Percentage Penetration
So both Malady and Black Cleaver both seem like awesome items for her."
