Start by REMOVING ALL BUT ONE BUILD at the top. They just clutter things up. State other builds in the guide itself.
If you go Warmog/Frozen Mallet you NEED Atma's Impaler to make it worth it. Otherwise they're just dumb to get on any offtank."

"Avovid, %MS increases scale WITH boots. 3 MS quints=16.65MS with 300base and lvl2 boots.
Still, Boots of Swiftness aren't bad, just.. meh. They're rarely worth getting, but in some cases they may be."

"Scaling Ability Power seals are meh.
Magic penetration glyphs are BAAAD.
Scaling Mana Regeneration quints are meh. Magic penetration quints are meh. Movement Quints are good, but I just don't find them very useful on most casters."

"Moved AP and AP/lvl glyphs up one position each(really small change).
I'm considering moving AP/lvl marks and seals up a little. I did some graphs on MrP marks and AP/lvl marks and saw that the difference wasn't as big as I thought."
