It looks pretty solid.
Only thing I'm a bit skeptical about is the lack or MR in the tank build. I'd build Spirit Visage or Banshee instead of Frozen Heart. He needs to be able to take some magical damage, especially now that the current meta is 2 AP carries in s"

He's super easy. I could pick him up and play any time and crush pretty hard. He scales perfectly with your overall game knowledge. Bad mordes will crush bad players and good Mordes will crush good players. He's a little OP atm. Not much tho."
