You'll wanna switch 2 points in perseverance for 2 in Good Hands. It's pretty much general knowledge that perseverance isn't worth getting past the first point.
Also skip the point in Expanded Mind. It's a really crappy mastery. Get Good Hands or Utility Mastery instead."

Go Ghostblade and 0/21/9 instead. The offensive masteries you can reach for 9 points are pretty crappy for physical damage dealers anyway."
