I don't really think master yi is OP. yep he can be a hypercarry but CC can easily shut him down. He's usually great in low elos but in higher elos he can't be as strong. I agree that he's strong, but I don't think he deserves to have a hole Tier for himself.

She has no control over objectives like Drake, Herald, etc. (needs allies to help her)
She has no ganking tool and feels slow. (unless using predator (which is weird) or mobility boots which aren't enough)
