"Aheplios is still pretty strong. His nerfs got him out of Pretty OP phase but a fed aphelios is a total nightmare. he scales well to the late game and have a unique toolkit. I believe his one of the hardest ADCs currently and that's affecting how people think about him. His not just a AA guy"
