"Mmmm Idk about that. While the mana regeneration is certainly powerful, and Kog'maw can burn mana very quickly, I wouldn't suggest it since it doesn't build into anything. It is much more worth while to build that meki pendant into your Tear of the goddess, and the null-magic mantle into"
