If you were ranked 105 in solo queue right now, would you play a game to try and get into the top 100 or would you wait for a day or so and play normal games to see if 5 people in the top 100 lose...

"Riot just banned a lot of players who were reported, so I believe that the leaver system does work, it just takes Riot a while to take action.
