"what does soraka have that makes her a good ADC?
she has a low base AD ratio, no AD ratio moves, her heals scale off of AP, her Mana buff/damage is based on AP
all she has is auto attacks and a bad heal, that's like saying I can ADC with brand because I'm good with him."
