"it does proc on that, but you don't need it to. Your ultimate is going to stack it on 2-3 people in a fight if you're positioned well, so you don't need to proc twitch's passive with runaans, it's a waste of an item slot because of twitches ult"

"The entire series was riddled with people not using Vent, even if you don't have a mic, please be in the channel and just mute your mic, this way we can communicate to you via talk, it's much easier on those who do have the luxury of using a mic.
