"I would say this is the case. Silvers still make mistakes like Bronze because they just don't know what they should be doing to secure advantages. So they may have good technical skill, but don't know where to direct it."

"Actually, no. Astrolabe has a graph which shows that the higher tier you are, the more likely lady whisper is seen to be purchased as an ADC. There's a direct correlation from being higher tier and likelihood of purchasing kast whisper.
So yes, I'd actually say a vote does depend on that."
