But seriously, PBE is a testing ground and changes can be effected when he comes to live version. There are so many lag problems and bugs there that you can never tell if a certain mechanic is even meant to be there.

If I recall properly, the third hit on jax's ultimate is considered on-hit damage, so it does not count as a spell with which to activate rylai's crystal scepter.
