"Actually, a no-flash shyvana isn't unreasonable. Since she has trouble getting those ganks off, exhaust is not a bad idea at all and it wasn't an uncommon pick when shyvana was a popular pick. Most times, shyvana is an all-in champion anyway, so flash isn't used as much on he"
