"I've never considered Jarvan to be a troll support myself :S. In fact, he synergises quite well with Ashe in particular for the CCs, in my opinion. Their combined level 6 is almost always a guaranteed kill."

The slow on Rylai's Crystal Scepter refreshes for as long as they are in Despair... So it's actually a permanent slow as long as they are in the Despair AoE, which won't be difficult after you catch them in any skill even "

"The point of Rylai's Crystal Scepter is that it procs on Despair, which is considerably easier to hit. You'll only have like 10% slow, but it's still strong."
