Freeze the lane, don't push it, unless he's recalled and he doesn't have TP, in which case, shove the creeps into the tower and get them to suicide against the tower, making him miss CS and xp. Al"

Pack ignite, take butcher and Mastery: feast, start with crystalline flask and you're pretty much guaranteed to win lane as long as you work well "
