"There's quite a few things wrong in your guide, tbh.
Your masteries are wrong in some places. You shouldn't need Good Hands because you shouldn't be dying anyway. You'll need mana more, so you should really take points into Expanded Mind and Meditation instead. Scout is pointless."

"If the laner has some form of CC, Shyvana can deal a lot of damage quickly, which is one of the points of her. This, coupled with red buff makes it easy to get kills. But unless she has boots for the level 2 gank, it might be difficult for the gank to go off.

"I partially agree with the above statement. But I see that you suggest Maw of Malmortius, so I don't really see the big deal in the above overreaction...
I would suggest swapping out the Randuin's Omen for a Guardian Angel. You have more than enough health and resistances after that.
