So your runes look nice. Having a bit of everything looks nice. But that's all it does - look nice. What you need are focused runes as opposed to a bit of everything. Focus on maxing AD, ArmPen, Crit damage, armour and/or magic resist. Maybe even CDR for your ulti.

"Boots are for ganking speed. But since Shaco has Deceive, you can do without boots.
If I remember correctly, Sheen does proc off Deceive. Or maybe I'm hallucinate-ing."

"I kinda agree with most people here already. Unless your champion has an in-built smite of some fashion, I would never try to jungle without Smite. That being said, I never jungle without smite. A fast jungle clear just seems too important. Stealing/securing buffs seems too important.

I don't think your runes are the best, but at least you justify them. I would take a mixture of armor, damage and maybe shielding glyphs for later game. Shaco is extremely squishy as it is.
