"I've tried everything.
1. Already have Internet Explorer 11 fully updated. (which means no offline mode) Only confusing part is it's not showing up in my add/remove programs list. I still think this is the problem, but it's saying it's uninstalled & fully updated on my computer, wtf is wrong "

"I didn't know about the rune system until Lv 20. It takes forver to save up Ip for lv3 runes. I bought my Main Champions with RP & theirs skins, If i waste any IP it would be on Garen, Ashe, Sivir Soraka, because they were cheap."

"My internet connection is perfect I got no issues running any other High end games. I'm just saying it shoudl be immediate "You have left a game on purpose and you have now been place in low priority queue for 20 matches". Should be easy to set this up LOL."
