"Early Voidstaff is pretty damn stupid, you wont need the Mpen at that point of the game, and even if the amount you get from Voidstaff is pretty damn overkill.
Get a Haunting Guise or Abyssal Scepter early if you have to."

"When you already got RoA and Veil - You DO NOT Need more HP.
Get something that gives you either some Armor,Magic Resist or AP/CDR - More health isn't worth it, warmogs definately isn't worth it."

"Pretty much how I play him, atleast Identical masteries ;)
one thing though, I prefer to actually max terrify pretty early to get MUCH stronger ganks when I hit level 4-5 or so. Then picking up rank 2 in drain around level 6-8 ^^"

"I must say this looks much better now, not the best - IMO both Veil and Frozen Heart are much more valuable items for Cho.
You might want to add in somewhere in your very thin guide, that if someone else is gonna get aegis(amumu,Soraka etc.) you could opt for a Glacial Shroud early instead ^^"
