"To clarify, W's heal doesn't proc twice every third attack, or apply every other attack with Sated Devourer. As with Sheen items, the healing charge is consumed by the first attack, so the phantom hit doesn't give you double heals. The passive is also an on-attack effect, so phantom hit doesn't char"
