"The items suit Karthus very well! One thing that I have to add: In your mastery trees, you didn't get Executioner. Executioner is VITAL on Karthus, since it GREATLY helps his ultimate finish off low hp opponents. Good guide though! +1"

"I like the guide, especially the part where you mentioned possible lane enemies! One thing about Veigar though. You said that if you got hit by Event Horizon, you would most likely be dead from Veigar's combo. That however, is not true. Here is what would REALLY Happen.

Excellent first guide, but there are 2 things that I have to say.
1. You get Guardian Angel as your second major item. At that point in the game (around the 20-30 minute mark), the death timers aren't all that horrib"
