"Hello, both are ok, but personally I like going Cosmic Drive 2nd item, when i'm matching it with Resolve runes, like Overgrowth and Conditioning to feel even more tanky with it.
While Horizon Focus when i go Glass Cannon build, with runes like First Strike or Electrocute."

"Yeah for sure electrocute is more viable on Veigar now, was testing it even on support, and it's pretty good, compared to Aery, will try it out more though."

"Hello, you can go tear into Seraphs if you want to, it's just that it usually delays your spikes like Lost Chapter, where you need all the damage you can get into good players that play assassins like Akali/Zed, then again, this is from my experience, so try what suits you the most."
