Try giving corkie a go if you're really keen on doing a guide for a ranged ad jungler.
He has a few nice aoe skills as well as a great gap closer that burns anyone who chases you.

"Flash seems a bit redundant with his built-in spin and the fact throwing down crits lowers the cd on it, I guess the reason you chose it is due to not leveling Spinning Slash, still seems like a bit of a waste maxing out Mocking Shout just for the ad reduction and slow if you won't chase.
