"Jax and Kayle deserve tier 3 at least. Bump Irelia down to 5 and bump Alistar, Nasus, Warwick and Rammus up. Wukong could go in at 4 and Singed could probably bump down to 4 as well. Other than that it looks kinda okay. "

These champions bring so much versatility to top lane with their kits. I haven't played Elise but I imagine she works similarly to the other two. These are champions who you can pick against most opponents and either win/draw your lane if you are compet"
