"Played a game and was not too impressed. Not that it was useless, but the Inspiration tree is generally pretty dull for AP MF, the only good secondary rune is Cosmic insight(5% CDR on everything). "

"I was actually thinking about it yesterday and can definitely see it working.
I've been trying AP MF on PBE lately and she looks quite strong. Today they've pulled back runes to prepare for 7.21, but after that I'll try Glacial Augment and write you back ;) "

"I felt lich bane as somewhat lackluster - nashor's has more CDR + AS and on-hit will give similar damage over time(don't forget about your AD).
