"im sorry but, although rushing rabadons is a good caster strategy, its just not that good considering the fact of the recent nerf. BTW, what are you gonna do about the extremely long cooldowns, his Q has an 11 second cooldown. you need cdr to be able to mop up the damage that you have just nuked."
