"Yeah, that's what I was wondering about On-Hit. It works ok, if you are just free to attack for a while, but if anyone tries to stop you you're done.
I think AP TF has a very good early game farm if you are good with farming with Wild Cards as you harass. I think AP TF should be mid for this purp"

"Alright thanks. And second, I went in and changed each of the smartcast key bindings to qwer instead of shift qwer. What then do you set the simple spell select to so that if you need to line it up more you can? IDK if this makes sense or not."

"I didn't mean plenty for armor penetration. Yes, LW is the only better item for APen, I'm just saying that in general with LW and other damage items that you want on Sivir, there is no room for YG."

"The reason you do not get Youmuu's with Sivir is the same reason you don't get it with any or most ranged AD because it is geared for melee. The active does not increase for ranged, but only for melee beyond the base value. There are simply plenty of other items that are better for Sivir."
