Yeah, that's what I was wondering about On-Hit. It works ok, if you are just free to attack for a while, but if anyone tries to stop you you're done.
I think AP TF has a very good early game farm if you are good with farming with Wild Cards as you harass. I think AP TF should be mid for this purpose.

On hit teemo isn't bad. What are you talking about. It's the only legitimate way to play him.

on hit teemo is meh.
he isnt viable anymore... AD is the new widely accepted way to build him
plus on hit teemo vs on hit kog and that teemo will get rolled so hard. 10% of your health as magic dmg per hit as kog.

Probably because Teemo doesn't have 9001 range on his auto attacks.
On Hit Kog is really awesome now.
Also, it's all about positioning, If Kog gets hit by blinding dart, he dies.
Teemo can just outright kill him while Kog is blinded.

AD TF has better early game farm but his harass is mediocre. His late game (depending on build) can rape though.
"On Hit" TF....Total garbage imo, you dont have enough ACTUAL damage to do anything. Your poke is meh same with your auto attacks, to me it's better to go one or the other HOWEVER on AP TF or even AD TF I could see getting a Guinsoo's Rageblade. That would be alright imo.
