Whenever i hear "on hit" i think of glass cannon on hit.

So please excuse me if i say "oh on hit teemo is meh".

well... I kinda have to agree. he is meh, but what, are you really going to build teemo AP? that is just plain ******ed. now you do no damage with auto attacks, you cant nuke cause Q is on a 6 second CD, and you are too reliant on shrooms for dmg.

Build him AD/on hit just like rain man = good teemo. dont go pure on hit.

Rainman also uses 9/21/0 masteries with armor seals and MR glyphs. (at least he did a while ago)
I think he's running HP quints, but don't quote me on that.
For marks I don't know what he's using.

So he's quite bulky.

Kog and Teemo are supposed to be built very similarly imo. (I'd say MBR and Frozen Mallet is core on both)
