Soraka's HP is pretty valuable, she sacrifices less HP than the amount she heals her allies, therefore you need to be extra careful and avoid "

I run flat AP on Sona (36.3 AP) you could eventually use scaling AP runes for Marks/Seals/Glyphs if you feel like you rather have more AP late game and less pre level 6-7. Your Q will deal 230 magic dmg (+35% AP) AOE. Assuming you max W: At lv9 you've maxed W and have 2 points in Q. Your W will heal for 200 (+60% AP). So at lv9 y"
