"There are a few ways to counter Singed
1. Go for a Ranged DPS/Mage to attack him from afar
2. DON'T EVER CHASE SINGED because he is owning you for sure then!!!!!!!!!
3. Use silence/fear/suppress/stun or any form of CC to counter him: if you combine that with a lot of damage you will own"

2. You can build him in 2 major ways: HP/MR/AP or you go Full AP if you are the only caster in-game!
3. Terrify = Silence, Drain = Damage/Health Regen, Dark Wind = Damage + Silence"
